2x Yearly Inspect + Maint.
45 Days before your policy renewal date, we conduct an inspection to give you an up to date A&C Report for your agent for coverage purposes. Then after each hurricane season, we automatically assess your roof to promptly address any maintenance needs. This proactive approach ensures that necessary repairs are completed promptly. Often, insurance claims face challenges due to insufficient roof maintenance records. With our program, this concern becomes a thing of the past.

Scope of Warranty Coverage:

StormClaim.Pro offers a warranty for a maximum discount of $1,500 for any roof repair required, subject to completion by our in-network contractors.

Please note that no cash or monetary exchange will occur in the event of a warranty claim.

Covered damages include direct roofing damage and repairs only; any subsequent interior damages are not included under this warranty.

Limitations and Exclusions:

Our warranty solely covers direct roofing damage and repairs, as described above.

It does not extend to any subsequent interior damages or repairs resulting from the initial roofing damage

Arbitration Clause:

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this warranty, including its interpretation, formation, performance, or breach, shall be exclusively settled through arbitration in the state of Florida.

Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state of Florida for any such arbitration proceedings.
